A cornerstone of the community for over 50 years, Pershing is a 51-bed privately owned and operated facility that is licensed by the State of Illinois to provide services for Intermediate and Skilled Care for our residents.  Commercial, Private, Medicare and Medicaid clients are accepted.

Located at Pershing Road and Oak Park Avenue in Stickney, Pershing is less than five minutes from MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn and other suburban hospitals.  Public transportation is available through PACE and the Metra Burlington line.

Providing care in a home-like atmosphere, Pershing offers a range of services including podiatry, physical therapy, speech and occupational therapy. 
Semi-private rooms offer the opportunity for companionship.  All races and religious denominations are welcome.  Services are tailored to the needs of individual residents, including:
